The short version. Your aims, the statement you write, your answers, your sessions, your streak and your own voice recordings are stored on your phone, not in a database of ours. Parts of them are sent to our server only when a feature needs them — the in-App assistant, the scenes written for your aim with their pictures and narration, a scene you choose to share, a message you send us — and your subscription status goes to the services that run payments. So that your next scene is ready when you arrive, its request waits on our server until the scene reaches your phone, at most 48 hours (section 4b). Section 4 names each of these: what, when, where.
We sell nothing, show no advertising, run no analytics and do not use your content to train AI models.
This policy applies to the Manifest: Until It’s Real mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android, and to this website. Manifest is a daily practice: you set your aims, work through a method of fourteen modules, and read what you have written aloud.
The App keeps your content in your phone’s own storage, not in a cloud database of ours — the single, temporary exception is described in section 4b. Stored on the phone:
Parts of this are sent to our server when you use a feature that needs them — section 4 lists exactly what, when and where. Your own voice recordings are never sent. If you delete the App, what is stored on the phone goes with it; we hold no copy of it to give you or to delete for you.
An account is optional. Without one, the App creates an anonymous identifier when it first opens and everything works. If you create an account — so that your subscription and your usage limits belong to you rather than to a handset — you can sign in with:
Creating a new account upgrades the same anonymous identifier, so nothing you did before is lost. If you sign in to an account you already have, the App asks whether to move what you did without an account into it or delete it. We do not ask for your phone number, address or date of birth.

Assistant requests (a module exercise) carry only the step you are on: your other aims, your recordings and your history are not sent with them.
Story requests carry more, because a story is written from them: the aim being worked, the figure you named, what you said you would give in return, and the sentence you read twice a day. Your name and the people you told us about are added only if you turned on “Write my story from my own life”, which is off until you turn it on. Your recordings and your other aims are never sent.
Added 12 September 2026. So that your morning or evening scene is ready the moment you open the App, instead of being written while you wait, the App leaves the request for your next scene on our server ahead of time. That request is the story request described in section 4 — the aim being worked, the figure you named, what you said you would give in return, the sentence you read twice a day and the step of the method; your name, the people you told us about and what you told us about your life are included only while “Write my story from my own life” is on — together with the time of your next session and how many of your scenes are still unopened, so that no more are written than you will read.
manifestProductionJob (Google Cloud,
europe-west1) writes the scene with DeepSeek, exactly as your phone would.There are two kinds of audio in Manifest, and they are handled differently:
manifestTts (Google Cloud, europe-west1), which forwards it to
fal.ai, which turns it into audio with the ElevenLabs voice model. The finished
audio is kept on your device and reused, so the same scene is not sent twice.Update, 3 October 2026. This section named the Alibaba Qwen voice model until today; the narration has used the ElevenLabs model, run through fal.ai, since September 2026.
Correction, 31 August 2026. Until this update this section said spoken text was produced by your device’s own speech synthesis and never reached a voice provider. That was true when it was written and stopped being true in version 1.0.55, when the app moved to a cloud voice. We should have updated this page in the same release and did not. It is corrected here.
Added 11 September 2026. The player has a Share button. Nothing in this section happens unless you press it.
When you share a whole scene, the App first uploads a package of that scene to our
function manifestShare (Google Cloud, europe-west1), and the message you send carries a
link of the form dailymanifest.app/s/…. The package contains exactly what is on
the player screen: the scene’s title, its text, its cover picture, its
spoken audio (if one exists) and your first name as you entered it in the App. It does
not contain your aim, your answers, your recordings or the names of the people you told the
App about — unless they appear in the scene’s own text, which you can read before you share.
Scenes shared with you are downloaded to your device and kept there, under “Shared with me”. We do not record who opened a link.
Your daily reminders are scheduled on the device itself. No reminder is sent from a server, and we are not told whether you kept a session.
Only the services needed to run Manifest:
Our servers run in the European Union (europe-west1); some of these providers process data outside it, under the safeguards their own terms provide.
Delete the App and everything on your device goes with it.
Delete your account — in the App, under Settings — and we remove, on our servers:
Assistant requests are not stored as conversations; our provider and our server logs keep short-lived operational records for security and abuse prevention.
Wherever you live — and specifically under the GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK and the CCPA — you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to info@i-shim.com and we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Manifest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
We post changes on this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material, we also tell you inside the App.

Seninle paylaşılan sahneler cihazına indirilir ve orada, “Benimle paylaşılanlar” altında durur. Bir bağlantıyı kimin açtığını kaydetmeyiz.
Günlük hatırlatmaların cihazın üzerinde zamanlanır. Hiçbir hatırlatma sunucudan gönderilmez ve bir seansı tutup tutmadığın bize bildirilmez.

En resumen. Tus metas, la declaración que escribes, tus respuestas, tus sesiones, tu racha y tus propias grabaciones de voz se guardan en tu teléfono, no en una base de datos nuestra. Una parte se envía a nuestro servidor solo cuando una función la necesita — el asistente de la Aplicación, las escenas escritas para tu meta con sus imágenes y su narración, una escena que decides compartir, un mensaje que nos envías — y el estado de tu suscripción va a los servicios que gestionan los pagos. Para que tu próxima escena esté lista cuando llegues, su petición espera en nuestro servidor hasta que la escena llega a tu teléfono, 48 horas como máximo (sección 4b). La sección 4 nombra cada una: qué, cuándo, adónde.
No vendemos nada, no mostramos publicidad, no usamos analítica y no utilizamos tu contenido para entrenar modelos de IA.
Esta política se aplica a la aplicación móvil Manifest: Until It’s Real (la «Aplicación») en iOS y Android, y a este sitio web. Manifest es una práctica diaria: defines tus metas, avanzas por un método de catorce módulos y lees en voz alta lo que has escrito.
La Aplicación guarda tu contenido en el almacenamiento de tu teléfono, no en una base de datos nuestra en la nube — la única excepción, temporal, se describe en la sección 4b. Se guarda en el teléfono:
Una parte se envía a nuestro servidor cuando usas una función que la necesita — la sección 4 detalla qué, cuándo y adónde. Tus propias grabaciones de voz nunca se envían. Si borras la Aplicación, lo guardado en el teléfono se va con ella; no conservamos ninguna copia que podamos entregarte ni borrar en tu nombre.
La cuenta es opcional. Sin ella, la Aplicación crea un identificador anónimo la primera vez que se abre y todo funciona. Si creas una cuenta — para que tu suscripción y tus límites de uso te pertenezcan a ti y no a un teléfono — puedes iniciar sesión con:
Crear una cuenta nueva promueve ese mismo identificador anónimo, de modo que no se pierde nada de lo hecho antes. Si inicias sesión en una cuenta que ya tienes, la Aplicación te pregunta si quieres trasladar a ella lo que hiciste sin cuenta o borrarlo. No pedimos tu teléfono, tu dirección ni tu fecha de nacimiento.

Las peticiones al asistente (un ejercicio de módulo) llevan solo el paso en el que estás: tus otras metas, tus grabaciones y tu historial no se envían con ellas.
Las peticiones de historia llevan más, porque la historia se escribe a partir de ellas: la meta en la que trabajas, la cifra que nombraste, lo que dijiste que darías a cambio y la frase que lees dos veces al día. Tu nombre y las personas que nos contaste se añaden solo si activaste «Escribe mi historia desde mi propia vida», que está desactivado hasta que tú lo actives. Tus grabaciones y tus otras metas nunca se envían.
Añadido el 12 de septiembre de 2026. Para que tu escena de la mañana o de la noche esté lista en el momento en que abres la Aplicación, en lugar de escribirse mientras esperas, la Aplicación deja por adelantado en nuestro servidor la petición de tu próxima escena. Esa petición es la petición de historia descrita en la sección 4 — la meta en la que trabajas, la cifra que nombraste, lo que dijiste que darías a cambio, la frase que lees dos veces al día y el paso del método; tu nombre, las personas que nos contaste y lo que nos dijiste sobre tu vida se incluyen solo mientras «Escribe mi historia desde mi propia vida» está activado —, junto con la hora de tu próxima sesión y cuántas de tus escenas siguen sin abrir, para que no se escriban más de las que vas a leer.
manifestProductionJob (Google Cloud,
europe-west1) escribe la escena con DeepSeek, igual que lo haría tu teléfono.En Manifest hay dos tipos de audio y se tratan de forma distinta:

Corrección, 31 de agosto de 2026. Hasta esta actualización aquí se decía que el texto hablado lo producía la síntesis de voz del propio dispositivo y que nunca llegaba a un proveedor de voz. Era cierto cuando se escribió y dejó de serlo en la versión 1.0.55, cuando la app pasó a una voz en la nube. Deberíamos haber actualizado esta página en esa misma versión y no lo hicimos. Queda corregido aquí.
Añadido el 11 de septiembre de 2026. El reproductor tiene un botón Compartir. Nada de esta sección ocurre si no lo pulsas.
Cuando compartes una escena completa, la Aplicación sube primero un paquete de esa
escena a nuestra función manifestShare (Google Cloud, europe-west1), y el mensaje que envías
lleva un enlace con la forma dailymanifest.app/s/…. El paquete contiene exactamente
lo que ves en la pantalla del reproductor: el título de la escena, su texto, su imagen de
portada, su audio (si existe) y tu nombre tal como lo escribiste en la Aplicación. No
contiene tu objetivo, tus respuestas, tus grabaciones ni los nombres de las personas de las que le hablaste
a la Aplicación — salvo que aparezcan en el propio texto de la escena, que puedes leer antes de compartir.
Las escenas que comparten contigo se descargan a tu dispositivo y se guardan ahí, en “Compartidas conmigo”. No registramos quién abre un enlace.
Tus recordatorios diarios se programan en el propio dispositivo. Ningún recordatorio se envía desde un servidor, y no se nos informa de si has cumplido una sesión.

Nuestros servidores están en la Unión Europea (europe-west1); algunos de estos proveedores tratan datos fuera de ella, con las garantías previstas en sus propios términos.
Si borras la Aplicación, todo lo que hay en tu dispositivo se va con ella.
Si borras tu cuenta — en la Aplicación, en Ajustes — eliminamos de nuestros servidores:
Las peticiones al asistente no se guardan como conversaciones; nuestro proveedor y nuestros registros de servidor conservan datos operativos de corta duración por seguridad y prevención de abusos.
Vivas donde vivas — y en particular bajo el RGPD, la KVKK de Turquía y la CCPA — puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación y portabilidad, y oponerte al tratamiento. Escribe a info@i-shim.com y respondemos en un plazo de 30 días. También tienes derecho a reclamar ante tu autoridad de protección de datos.
Manifest no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos sus datos de forma consciente. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.
Publicamos los cambios en esta página y actualizamos la fecha de arriba. Cuando un cambio sea sustancial, también te lo comunicamos dentro de la Aplicación.
